All You Can Eat Pancake Day Fundraiser

1st Annual Bronco Band All You Can Eat Pancake Day!!!

Saturday, May 5, 8:00am – 12:00 noon.

MBHS Pancake Breakfast

This is a new fundraising opportunity with very little effort (don’t worry), but we DO need your help to spread the word and take orders for tickets. Here’s how it works:  Pancakes of Texas is coming with food, drinks, equipment, plates, cups, utensils….EVERYTHING needed to provide a complete ‘all you can eat’ breakfast of pancakes, sausage, coffee, and juice to anyone and everyone who can come – for only $7.00 per ticket.  The band will receive half of the ticket proceeds, which will go into the general band fund. The Jazz band will provide entertainment at various times throughout the morning.

Here’s what you need to do:
download the attached flyer, then email it, Facebook it, blog it, or whatever you can do to get it out there as advertising.  There will also be paper flyers available to students to take home to distribute (as soon as they arrive in the mail). The pancake breakfast is open to the public and tickets are available at the door, HOWEVER, the more tickets we can sell ahead of time, the more successful the breakfast will be.  We need your help by taking orders for tickets from friends, family, and co-workers – use the flyers!! Simply use the attached list to keep track of ticket orders, bring the money to the band hall, and pick up your tickets.

VOLUNTEERS
:  We will need a few volunteers to run the breakfast.  Pancakes of Texas brings the stuff, we provide the manpower to cook it and serve it.  Students, this is a chance for GREEN CORD HOURS.  We know it’s prom day, but we’re counting on underclassmen to step up and help out if the seniors can’t. **Watch for a volunteer sign up email.**
****PLEASE NOTE*** – if people buy advance tickets, tell them they must bring them to the breakfast – they cannot get in without their ticket in hand (or they’ll have to buy another one at the door)!!****
